Description

the fruit grader consists of hopper&elevator, roller inspection table and grading part. The gaps between roller pipes increase gradually in the process of belts moving, and the fruits drop from gaps from small to large size. Stainless steel rollers rotate on the inspection table for manual quality sorting.

Speed of the machine is adjustable.

Litchi packaging line is composed of lifting machine, fruit picking table, classifier, shitter machine, automatic weighing system, packaging table, turning machine and sealing machine. The basket filled with litchi is poured into the feeding platform to the elevator, and the rotten fruit is selected through the fruit picking table (the rotten fruit can be directly thrown into and out of the hopper), then to the classifier for sorting. The classifier is a roller classifier. The roller classifier drives the roller on the grading bed to move parallel forward through the rotation of the main shaft, and gradually increases the gap between the rollers. The grading size can be adjusted to reach the corresponding size of litchi. The classifier divides litchi into large fruit and small fruit, the small fruit is directly out of the conveyor belt, and the big fruit is connected to the shitter machine and is evenly distributed to each weighing table. Each screen can show the weight and quantity of litchi. The weighing system is connected to the power conveying roller, and the workers can directly pack the litchi on the packing table. The packed litchi can be transferred to the turning machine through the transmission belt to the automatic sealing machine.
